Hey, everybody! We managed to squeeze a little time in between shows today to write up a quick recap of “The Great Midwestern & Rocky Mountain Edmund Evans Tour” (we’re still working on a real name for the tour).
Day 1 (Dallas, TX): We had a great show at White Rock Coffee, and were lucky enough to have Blues of Delusion open for us. And it was the first night we had our brand new T Shirts available for sale (we’ll have pictures of them up soon). We also managed to find this enormous tea mug. Yes, everything’s bigger in Texas.
Day 2 (Dallas to Denver): 14 hour drive. We saw some windmills, listened to some podcasts, played 20 questions (Aaron won with “George Foreman”), and listened to the Rebecca Black “Gang Fight” parody on repeat so we could learn all the lyrics.
Aaron got semi excited about passing Pawnee because he’s missing Parks and Rec tonight.
Day 3 (Denver, CO): We had our first show of the day at Metropolitan State College of Denver and one of our new friends, Jake, drew us a picture.
For anyone in Dallas, we’re playing at Mercury Cafe (2199 California Street) tonight at 9:30pm!
More pictures coming soon!
